D.L. Hughley Portland Concert reviews
amazing performance, not so good venue
Greta is engaging and talented, bringing forgotten aspects to their live performances. Their dedication to their craft is appreciated, and their sound perfection while on stage stood out to me. The openers were amazing as well, scoring 10/10 on performance. Even if you're not an avid listener/fan, Greta is so amazing live! It's hard to achieve the balance of music and vocals like they did, especially with Josh's insane range.
I was not impressed with the venue, however. The que was very confusing with GA and seat tickets mixed together, and there was no clarification on where to line up. I was mistakenly given a GA wrist band that I didn't pay for, which I couldn't use as I was accompanying a disabled person. The security check was not as thorough as it should have been, and the security inside the building were not helpful in directing people to their seats. One man even passed out in front of security, and they watched as show-goers helped the man.
